This website is operated by Loam Capital Group, a trade name of REI Transactional Manager LLC, a subsidiary of REI Transactional LLC, and is affiliated with REI Transactional Equity Fund I, LLC and REI Transactional High-Yield Fund I LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically.
You give us: your name, email, phone number, accreditation status, investment timeline and amount, and anything else you enter in our forms or booking tools, or send us by email or phone.
Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data gathered through cookies and tracking tools. If you reach us from an online ad, we also collect the advertising click identifier the ad platform adds to the link — see section 4.
We use your information to respond to you, share fund materials you request, schedule and hold meetings, evaluate whether you qualify as an accredited investor, improve our site, measure our marketing, meet legal and compliance duties, and communicate with you about opportunities you have asked about.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including tools from Google (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager), to run the site and measure performance. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
Advertising click identifiers. When you reach this site from a Google ad, Google adds a click identifier to the link (gclid, or gbraid or wbraid in some browsers). We store that identifier in a first-party cookie on your device for 90 days, with your browser’s session storage as a fallback. If you submit a form, it is saved alongside your record in our marketing platform. If you book a call, it is passed to our scheduling tool with the booking. We later send it back to Google Ads together with the action it led to — an inquiry, a booked call, or an investment — so we can tell which ads work and spend accordingly. We do not sell it.
Your controls. Clearing cookies and site data in your browser removes the identifier. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google Account settings. Neither affects your ability to browse the site, submit a form, or book a call.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email and marketing platform (ActiveCampaign), our scheduling tool (Calendly), analytics and advertising providers (including Google), and professional advisors. As described in section 4, this includes passing an advertising click identifier to Calendly when you book a call, and sending it to Google Ads with the action it led to. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the CCPA and other state privacy laws where they apply.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is fully secure. We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
This site is for accredited investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we (and vendors acting for us) may text you about your inquiry, scheduling, and fund updates — including messages sent with automated or artificial-intelligence systems where you have consented. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any investment. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or rent your contact information — including your name, email, or phone number — to anyone. Your mobile opt-in and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
